Poem 116 - A Beggar's Wish

A Beggar looks as the rich pass by him
His life grows dull, his life grows dim
He wished he had some cash
But now, food came from the trash

Oh! How lucky millionaires are
They can afford to buy many a car
While here I sit barefoot, hungry
Shelter for me, is just a plain tree

Why? Am I so poor! Nobody looks at me
My torn clothes, why don't they see?
Everyday I beg, don't earn enough
And what he was saying wasn't bluff
